GR-2's are the way to go. Have and had many sets in the past without a problem. Check the tire/suspension forum for reviews, info, tech data,etc.........search my little friend....

They are really underdampened, especially with the spring rates of those Megans.

Just save yourself the hassle of potentially blowing them and get sport shocks intended for lowering springs

KAMO, a buddy of mine on here went with monroe sensitrac's and skunk 2 lowering springs. Needless to say his car is bouncy as chit, it bottoms out everywhere, it doesn't dampen correctly IMO (i've driven the car enough times to hate the suspension) He lowered it without getting any adjustable suspension parts for the rear, and now he has MAD negative camber plus his car chews through tires in the rear like he's a D1 driver.
