- process was smooth, car is fine
- however, was a little concerned that we had not received a bill for our first payment, so i called the dealer who told me to call 1-800-NISSAN1
- dialed the number and then entered
phone tree h-e-double-hockey-sticks!
- took two phone calls to get to a 'consumer affairs' person (a pleasant young man), who then put me on hold for 10 minutes with a 'finance' person (a pleasant young woman)...
- laid out my question ('where is my bill?'), she checked the account and found that
my city was listed as my street address in the database!
- fixed that, and then was asked to verify the zip code and found that
NMAC's automated city-form-filler-outer entered a NON-EXISTENT city for my valid zipcode!
- i did get the NMAC POB address and my NMAC 'account number,' so, Nissan, if you're listening:
