Well I installed a manual Boost controller and bumped the boost to .9bar. I noticed that my gauge would go to .9 then start to creep down as I climbed higher into the rpms. I thought it was my Blitz BOV so I tightened the screw down on the top. But I still had the creep. Then I loosened the screw out a lot and still had the creep. The Blitz BOV instructions were in Japanese so I don't know which is to tighten the Spring. So if you guys know what to do with the BOV or know what my problem is please post up.

Are you saying that after your boost reaches 0.9bar, it falls as your RPM rises after 3k rpm and above????

What fuel pump do you have?

And did you check that turbo gasket when you had the engine out?

Well it is wierd. I was holding boost fine yesterday at the stock .6bar. I have a Walbro high pressure Fuel pump. I am suspect of this bc. It is pretty cheap. But I will look at the turbo gasket Buud because I didn't replace it.

It is normal for boost to drop as the RPM rises. Max boost is usually achieved at the midrange of the powerband.

It also depends on the type of turbo you have. Just like why some turbo spools up very slowly while some spools up quickly.

I could be wrong, though.

^^

that shouldn't happen on a T25. It's small, yes, but not that small. It should be able to hold 1 bar full to redline, or at least close to it.

That boost controller might be letting too little through the wastegate at low rpms and too much through the wastegate at high rpms

Everything works fine at 7psi though right?

Yeah everything works fine at .6 bar. .6 bar is what the wastegate is set at stock.

It shouldn't drop. My buddy who has a SR holds twelve all the way to redline.

BTW my buddy with the SR thought my boost was spiking. So I will try to mess with the cheap bc, and if I cna't make it work right then I will go back to stock boost and wait until I have the cash for a AVC-R.

Thanks guys

Just like what Budd said.....its probably your boost controller.

Hey, I just reread yuor post several times. I missed that you have a manual controller. Well, manual boost controllers give this kind of inadequate boost levels at times.

I think, but I could be wrong.
