Not firing in 1 piston, not plug not coil

I am not firing in 1 piston, It is not the plug or the coil.
Is there a good way to check the injector?
I am going to do a compression test shortly, to see if it is a sticking valve.
any ideas?

If it's not the coil or plug, then it probably an injector. In the unlikely case that it isn't just the injector, it could be the CAS or PTU, but it's doubtful unless other injectors are misfiring.
