When I go to start my motor the alternator will make a buzzing type sound and the driver-side relay box will click.

At one point the master cylinder started making a funny noise but it promptly stopped. The alternator is grounded to it self, I changed that but the battery was dead so I haven't gotten to try it again since.

I'm using the KA lower harness, so I spliced the KA starter plug onto the SR one, but I don't think I'm even getting to that point yet...

Any ideas?

ya technically i dont even think the alternator is grounded lol..scrape some paint off of the chassis and ground it there. if that doesnt work (after a new battery) then check that relay box maybe you have a blown fuse..if nothing then change your alternator

Of course the alternator is grounded,Its the small black wire that is bolted to the alternator housing with a 8mm bolt..Its on the wiring harness.
