OK here's my setup.....

ssac manifold.50 trim t31g dsm crushed bovxs wastegate 7psi springfront mountrx7 550cc injectorsproject nissan top feed fuel railnismo adjustable fpr *set at 40 psi*summit racing fuel pressure gaugez32 mafswalbro 255safc 1 *digital*Emance ecu tune for this setup.

Ok my problem before was that i was foiuling plugs etc... in this thread..... zerothread/344108

I set my mafs further from my turbine on the turbo and installed my o2 sensor and it seems to have stopped fouling out plugs which is great!

But now when i take it out for a spin i build no boost whatsoever. it feels like a stock 240.... I had my wastegate, bov, nismo fpr all going to the same vacuum source at one point bukt i've read that for the wastegate it should be at the turbo outlet??? any truth to that? i tried that out and still no boost at all....

My vacuum readings are at 18 20ish which i hear is about normal. I also don't hear my bov go off at all not under a load or just in neutral revving. I believe it may be a wastegate issue. This particular wastegate has 2 *nipples" for the vacuum and i reade that i only need to use the one on the side and not the one on the top.... I hear that the top one is just for electronic boost controllers?

I also still can't rev the car past 5 grand regardless if i'm driving or sitting in the drive way in neutral.... what could be causing that?

So now i'm posting up to see if i can get any ideas from you guys who have more experience with the ka-ts than i do.

Thanks in advance!!!!!!

here's some pictures.........

UPDATE!!!!!!

ok i realized that somehow with the oil restrictor i installed so that the seals in the turbo wouldn't take a crap there was almost no oil going to my turbo and it seized up.... So i threw a new turbo onto there from a friend*exact same turbo* And i was driving the car and it was boosting at about 3-5psi and from there the car still cuts out at 5 grand as if it were a rev limiter. Which really sucks because i knwo it will just pick up real nicely after 5 grand...

I'm going to change my plugs out tomorrow and regap them and see if that changes anything. Jason at emance has been very helpful throughout this whole ordeal and has been answering my questions within the hour! He even offered to send me a retune!

check your ecu for codes.

I dont know about the dohc, but the sohc ecu runs on seperate timing and fuel maps when its in limp mode. In limp mode the rev limit is 5,400 instead of the normal 6,400.

ok well i did everything i could with searching and everything to find out why it cut out at 5 grand and then finally i just threw a stock ecu into the car and it\ revved up just fine!!! so i think he might have messed something up with the tun. I emailed jason at emance just now so hopefully we can get this resolved!

I'll keep you guys updated and post some videos hopefully when i get it going GOOD.
