I'm following the guide by Ilikemy240sx on taking out the guides.

It's all going good, but I'm wondering how you take these things off...see pic.

They're little plastic clips that hold a bundle of wires that proceed to go to the distrib, maf, etc...

I don't want to break them! It's probably very simple, but any help would...help.

i'm pretty sure you have to just yank them out and hope they don't break. from what i remember they are pretty flexible so you shouldn't have a problem.

ok buddy, i pulled these clips too when i rebuilt my engine. just pull em out while twisting, like you would to a spark plug boot. they are flexible and i really doubt they should break.if ever it does break, they are super cheap to replace.but trust me, they won't break. they are made out of super space age plastic!

ha, dont straight up tell him they don't

two of my KAs have those broken and stuck in the front cover and two of em dont

IIRC, they thread in...remove the wires from the clip, and lefty-loosey.

Done.
