One of my buddies kept telling me to get on there, so I finally joined. I posted some pics of my 240 and a few of the cougar. They didn't it to nicely. They said they didnt like the 240 because of the drift stigma, and a few other things. Clearly aren't very accepting of new members. I think I'll stick to NICO.

Every once in a while on the Ford and Dodge forums I run into an a-hole who asks me what the hell Im doing on 'their' forum. Usually that comes up when I'm giving conflicting (and better) advice and information.

The GM guys however are always great.

Upon reading Altiman's into to Club Si's forum, i was reminded of how all other forums besides NICO are.....un-moderated, full of trolls, and dumb as hell. It probably would've been better to just secretly read their RSX forum (if they have one).

well, most of the flames seemed to be in good fun to tell you the truth. I mean, I could tell they were being silly. But sometimes there's these forums where only ricers hang out and burn w/o a real reason. I say we hijack it. I mean, 22k new members? Reminds me of the time teamfc hijacked paseopimp.com after an fc owner was attacked.

If that thread was a fair representation of that forum, I would say 16-18 yrs. old. I don't get why people have to associate 240's with drifting. Are there no other cars out there that people drift with or what? Meh... whatever.

It's obvious they are so pissed they have fwd cars.

Everyone in that thread that stated they hate 240's and drifting, SECRETLY went out in a parking lot one night with their fwd car, with two plastic trays, and attempted 'e-brake drifting.' They were so crestfallen they could not do it like the guys in the 'Options' videos that they now hate everyone who owns a 240 or other RWD vehicle. It's blatantly clear.
