not a very good morning!

today in the morning as i go out of my house..i walk towards my car.. and i notice my passenger window broken.. poped out because the tint was holding itfirst thinng i thought was my coach hand bag..i had just bought.. i had left it in the carthrough out the night.. i never thought it would calla burglers attention since i live in a new calm residenceand they were stupid enough to just take my purse and they also took my both side mirrors? haha!thats not it.. how stupid can they be.. to just take that..me having my new Versace glasses i had just boughtand i had left them right there in the middle.. i as my iPodit was right where i had left it.. hooked to the aux..

as i told my ex dont leave ur purse or sunglasses out those things can be moved on the street in a day at good prices to. Her car was broken into twice once at work "nice area" and once at school. And bc u live in a good town doesnt mean s*** i live in one too but next town over not so nice. If you leave expensive s*** around then s***s gonna get stolen people are ***holes n need quick $ u pretty much handed them about $500 maybe even more.

I dont see why someone would take ur side mirrors but w/e maybe they know someone who can use em.

If you want help here it is.

1. DONT EVER KEEP A PURSE SITTING OUT OR IPOD OR SUNGLASSES2. Get an alarm system3. LOOK on ebay for mirrors for ur car in ur area search for the next 2 months every week its an easy search n u may get lucky highly unlikely though4. Tell insurance EVERYTHING that got stolen and ull get ur $ bk hell say ur ipod was there too n get a new one n sell ur old one lol

hhaha.. and guys i thought the factory unlock and lock thing it has i know its not an alarm i know it just locks it and unlocks it.. but i had understood that if sumone brakes your window and they reach in to unlock it by hand and open the door the panic alarm would go on??

I'm pretty sure it depends on how you lock it. If you just press the interior lock button and close the door and walk away it doesn't "arm". You have to either use the lock on the fob or the exterior door switch. I know my car goes ape crazy if you reach in through the window and unlock it. When I read the part in the manual about the alarm being "optional" I had to check and make sure mine had it.

when I was at the dealership trying to buy my car, the salesman locked the door and was inside talking with my parents about the paper work or something. He left the windows down so I decided to try and get inside my new car. stuck my hand inside and unlocked the door, open it and the alarm went off hella loud! lol I just closed the door and walked away. If the car door is open something like 10 minutes after its been locked, then the alarm goes off. if its opened within 10 min of being locked, it makes no sound.

Please don't report anything stolen that wasn't. That makes you no better than the thief who smashed your window. All of us will end up paying for that with higher insurance premiums, and mine is high enough as it is.

also its funny when everyone offers the advice of "tell your auto insurance" about all the items that were stolen in the car... more than likely this wont work... as most auto insurance policies exclude personal items left in the car because you can never prove they were in the car at the time of loss. and if personal items are covered, its only for a very small amount usually less than $200 but keep in mind you have your comprehensive deductible to worry about

if you have Homeowners, Renters or Condo insurance.. your personal property coverage may help you cover the items in the vehicle that were stolen but then again you have to remember your homeowners policy deductible. and do you want to file a small theft loss on your homeowners? its a give and take situation

i would probably say invest in a good alarm system and dont keep items that u dont want stolen in ur veh. or hide them behind the front seats on the floor where they are out of veh from passer-by's
