hey i posted a few days back about my cltuch pedal going all the way down and staying there.. well the consensus on here and varuous other individuals was that it was a bad slave or master cylinder, which i ordered new from nissan yesterday.

im just wonderiing if anything internally wrong with transmission can cause this...(hopefully not)?

Sounds like a hydrolic failure to me (so that's an "I doubt it").

if you can have a buddy check for you, have him pump the clutch, while you get on the other side of car and look at the slave cylinder. If it isn't actuating then you know it's hydraulic. If it is, then it's something internal to the transmission.
