ok, im at work and sorta stumped on this one. its a ca18de nx, with a no start condition. car is getting fuel, its getting spark but still doesnt run. customer says was sitting for a while while his daughter was at college. we put new fuel in the car, and im assuming the injectors arent clogged as the plugs are wet with fuel.

The spark plugs aren't supposed to be wet with fuel. They should be dry. I would replace the cap, rotor, wires and the plugs. It sounds like you're not getting spark which is why the plugs are wet.

they pulled out two of the wires and nick zapped himself pretty good i'm told. there is no distributor, its coil on plug.

What color was the spark? If it's a white color, it's good. If it's orange, the coil is weak and needs replaced.

Ok. Did the wires look old or anything? Honestly, I would just change the plugs and wires if it's been sitting as long as ou say it has. It's relatively inexpensive and easy to do.

i think its a tming issue, possibly a crank position sensor/ camshaft position sensor... my last guess is the ecu itself.

Lack of compression is a common failing in CA16DE Pulsars, but check for good fire on all 4 cylinders.
