Just be aware if you get a vented nose, it will take all the rain and crap into it and land on your POP

I have to admit some aftermarket nose panels look good, but I'm not sure how practical they are in adverse condition.

I like the dual POP in the photo....and the intake isn't bad either!

I had a discussion years back with a great Z32 resourse, he goes by silvertwin here and on other boards, his explanation to me was that the vented nose panels cause turbulence which actually slows the air and that you're better off leaving the stocker nose panel or at least leaving the slots in the aftermarket parts closed

here i have the "2007 Ultimate Buyer's Guide". in it is are two carbon fiber Vis Racing nose panels. the Demon and the Invander. i don't like the demon much. i think someone on here has one and you'll see it on his signature. it's on a green z. the invader is like a rip off of stillen's ducted nose panel, except in carbon fiber. i couldn't find these on their site, visracing.com i think it was. i'm not a fan of vis... i plan on getting a 1990 nose panel with a red/chrome jdm Z emblem.

http://www.grounddynamics.comJust type in 300zx on product search

Mine is a daily driver that is parked on the street. Never had a problem with rain. It stays on the parked for snow and ice.

I've actually heard the same thing a number of times. Sounds like more trouble than it may be worth.. But to each his own I guess.

Look at pics from my old NA-Z. Very close looking to Jerry's. However as aforementioned, when it rained my POP would get soaked and cause very, very poor running and stalling. Jerry relocated his dual pops so he doesn't have this issue.

Stop rain with plant pots.
Yes plant pots, paint them fancy if you like, drill a hole and screw them on your intake filter. Blocks all the rain from entering. No relocation needed.
