northern virgnia area/dc metro

anyone know where i can find a place that sells sr20's and does the installs in the northern virginia,dc/metro area. i would like to be able to see what engine i wanna buy before i actullay buy, plus it sounds alot better then rather talking to flashoption in malayasia. and who knhows what kind of bull**** can happen with that. does anyone know?

kinda far, but it is closer then malaysia. sounds clean. im guessing you bought yours from there also. how is your sr running?

I gave them a call, my only problem is that they don't do compression tests on the engines and they don't offer any warranty for them either. The prices are good but I'm not sure.. I would rather spend some more for the peace of mind.

i now work at jgycustoms.com so i can't mention our business anymore. but the engines are compression tested in japan. we hand pick the motors. we meaning me and jason. take that for what its worth. jason had a sr20det in 1997. i had sr 240 in 2000. we only pick the ones we think are in the best shape. anyhow from here out i can only talk about jgy customs via pm or email. sorry about this moderator, but i felt i had to respond :-)shaun

yeah, but your wife said she liked the motor. is this going to be her ride or yours? well anyhow i hope you get to drive it soon! i had to swap my motor out this weekend. i guess 3 years of 15-20psi can take a toll on stock piston rings....a day later and i have another engine in and ready to roll! keep in touchshaun
