Northern Virginia Service Writer?

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Thanks to this forum I have found that I have the steering rack issue that apparently has a TSB out for a fix. I didn't buy my EX at an Infiniti dealer so was hoping to get a name of a reputable service writer in Northern VA. Can anybody recommend someone specific or a dealership that has provided good service? Thanks!

Try Kevin at Passport Infiniti. I installed my rack there last week.
