1)If you organize a meet, first try to see, if it conflicts with anything significant going on locally.

2) I dont have to be the one to come up with them all the time, feel free to post up meet locations/times you think that will work.

3) Dont post into a thread simply to say you arent gonna make it, unless you previously said you would.It reduces unwanted clutter in the thread and it also kinda deflating for those who are thinking of coming and see posts of people not making it.Focus on positive supportive posts.

4) Lets keep this forum spam free as well! Some off topic banter is acceptable but complete threads not really relating to meets/cruises/events etc will be moved.
