Hi all, getting back into driving my TT after not using it much for the last few years and am in need of a good mechanic in San Diego that knows his way around these cars. Tired of guys that don't know what they are doing and can't fix my car. Does anyone have a good guy to refer me to, ideally in North San Diego as I live in San Marcos. Thanks

Have you ever heard of Specialty Z ????

According to Google maps they show to be about 3 hours away from you. They are a real good shop one of the best as a matter of fact.

Z whizz in south SD, I think now they are called aero auto repair or something like that. Never been there but I heard they are good at working on Z's but REALLY expensive.

Thanks again but I actually just picked it up from Z Whizz for a trip to Monterey last week and they overfilled the power steering fluid so much that it overflowed and then ran down to the manifold and was smoking like crazy. Had to stop at the store and get a turkey baster to remove all the excess fluid from the reseviour. Needless to say I was not impressed so still looking for someone else.

I see years back this thread was posted - I am looking for a good shop in San Diego / North County that I can trust to work on a 300ZX Z32. Any new recommendations ? Thanks in advance ! My email is [email protected]
