I live in Lenoir County, right outside of Wayne county in North Carolina. The city is La Grange, right beside Goldsboro, and I have heard of strict emission testing and yet I have seen guys properly registered here running SR's and KA-T's without an issue. What I'm wondering is if anyone knows how to get around it or what exactly you're allowed to do. I spoke to the DMV and of course they say leave your car stock and you'll be fine, obviously never had an addiction to speed haha. I am looking to buy a VH45DE within the next month and get it swapped in by March or so, but I will take another route if I can't be legal on the road. Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated!
