NorCal versa Club??

Hey all, I've been wondering if there are any Versa clubs in the Northern CA area. I see the SoCal club is here, but is there one near the Stockton, Modesto or Sacramento area? Im wondering how many drivers around here would be up for joining a club and maybe just hanging out. I'd like to get some responses from Versa owners around these areas. Thanks

good luck! i have so much trouble trying to get everyone together... we have members i have never met in person... so i say good luck to you... maybe if we both get organized we can have a socal and norcal meet...

thats greately appreciated. i'd like to start some sort of formal club with maybe chapters in a few cities. Something with maybe guidelines, mission statement, and the such. i have a friend who has started his own motorcycle club who is willing to guide me in the how-tos, but im just thinking i dont have the numbers on my side. if anything i'd like just a few versa owners getting together for a pinic or potluck just as a meet and great. A NorCal/SoCal deal sounds appealing. probably meet half way somewhere in CA. Dunno, just brainstorming.

Okay folks, I'm back from a well deserved vacation in Lake Tahoe. I must say it is nice to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city. NV man, Let's get this meet set up.. text me, email me, you know how to reach me.

OKay, here's an update on NCVC

NV and I just spoke on the phone and we are considering Emeryville, Ca as a potential meeting site sometime in late October or early November. My question to those who said that they were considering joining is: Does this sound like a decent location and is this a decent time of year where you could work out something with school, work, etc. to get a day off (Think a Saturday)?

Let us know....we can't get this club off the ground without feedback. Also, a list of names, numbers, and email addresses would be great. Contact either me or NV and provide that info to us. We want to keep everyone in the loop on this.

hey all, New update

NV and I spoke again and we are hell bent on settling a date for this bad boy. I've got a couple of questions I'd like to pose to those thinking of going:

1) food or no? should we meet up at a restaurant and eat, or have a potluck at a park? Or even skip eating at all?

2) What should we do? Do you folks wanna catch a flick, just kick back at a park, or go ride some go-carts?

3) What day works for you? If we get a general idea, we can settle a date.

If we can start by getting these questions answered, we can get this meet rolling.

Also, we've been kinda kicking around the idea of a logo and would like some input. It is still in its infant stage, but its come up and maybe we can get something going. Post your ideas to the myspace.com/norcalversaclub page or email NV and I.

Well I have been wondering the same thing. "Ok so we meet up and then what?" Hmmmm. It's too hard to plan it all out like that. So my proposal is we all meet up in the parking lot at some restaurant or parking lot near a restaurant in Emeryville. We admire each others V's and BS about parts and the mysterious mr dynatek. Then we go eat and after that we can all figure out some other stuff to do. Kinda just go with the flow, get everyone together then figure something out on the fly.

Yeah, I was kinda leaning towards a park meet. ANYTHING else may seem to intimate for a first meet.
