We are getting all kind of response. I'd say were getting close to 20 people. I'm going to be making an update page saying the status of those who are going.

Definitely possible. We live in Albany, but get to Sacto occasionally. Will see how damn busy life is then.

What are your thought on BBQ? NO, yes. You think this should be just a hang out meet, look at hotwheels. Shall we cruise? Though the aspiring number is in the 30s. What do you think. They're some S.Cal guys coming up too. One a performance parts dealer with some giveaways.

Yeah, cruise. Make up copies of a route for everyone so if they get lost it won't matter. Do you want any help with anything? Should we make up name tags?

An Idea some people have come up with is to go karting at RPM, which is about 10 mins from where the park is. What about do you fella think?

A proposed idea that involves everyone. Karting! Are you interested? Do you like to race? :) Well here's your chance to show your skills. If you would like to see this happen please say so. This would take place once most of everyone would get there and they also have some food in and the near area. Approximate cost would be near $40. This would be for 50+ laps. 2 - 20 lap qualifiers and 1 - 10 lap final race for top 10 qualifiers. For more info about this place http://www.raceplacemotorsports.com , aka RPM. Also keep checking out http://www.team-driven.net/jan10sacmeet.htm for any updates as well. This will be the official meet page. But keep posting for I check and update that page depending on your response.

I failed to mention, we would still meet at granite park at 1pm. Karting would happen later.

I think that would be a good idea, since it is raining cats & dogs today I was thinking about that. If someone doesn't want to go they could still come for the meet and have a good time then either leave or continue to the kart racing.

plus the area inside is nice parking is plentyful. One time they had over 100 NSX's there at one time. So parking shouldn't be a problem. plus if it is a go, we will make a reservation.

Haha, I'm in most likely. Never thought I'd see a big meet in Sacramento.

That park is like 30 minutes away for me.

I might even get to see my old maxima.org people, hopefully they won't flake like usual.....

yea if the masses choose to do it that would be awesome. I am not much of a go cart fan myself but that is up to the group as a whole. I am more into circle track nascar style stuff. full size american big block, ¼mile 33% banked turns. ahh the good old days. miss it like crazy but I am not climing on a suped up lawn mower for a cheap thrill..lol You guys can have at it though.
