monday night a nice youg lady with a suspended license and lapsed insurance decided it was to long to stop and wait for oncoming traffic to pas before she made a left hand turn. sadly enough i was coming through the intersection at that exact moment went her brain went to poo. so, here are some pics, ENJOY!

I kinow how much work you put into that Maxima, and I am really sorry to see it smashed. Do you ahve full coverage? If not, file suit against her ASAP. The longer you wait, the harder it is. If you have full coverage, or at least uninsured motorist, your insurance company will go after her.

see noah, thats just it, i didn't know/find out she had no insurance until i called in the claim. at the scene she only gave name and ins company, which i tought was weird, but figured it was because she felt it was my fault. i went to the tow yard and took pics of her vin and tag # just to file. then i found out the inevitable. oh well, like you said, my ins co is going to go after them. i do have full coverage, and am just waiting for for report to be processed.

At this point it is up to the ins company. They probably will simply pay you and not go after her since it will cost them more than they would receive (which is nothing)

well, not sure yet. the report comes out today. then they can determine who's at fault. it will be a total loss. i know i didn't get a pic, but the trunk lid is tilted a little, which means the frames bent. i guess you can expect that sort of thing when you hit someone at around 40mph. plus both airbags deployed. bluh

Finally figured out why I as not seeing pix and that sux azz! Make sure you strip everything out of it before the junk yard helps themselves. I hear about people all the time going a week later to get their stereo and such only to find out it was taken.

Def notify the police that she did not have ins if they do not know already.

they can try there best at taking it out, i have the faceplate to radio, reciepts, and all the boxes for the equipment installed. if they took it, i'll sue them.

Had the same thing happen to me. Went through when it turned from green to yellow. She was going to make a left turn...decided to when I was in front of her. BAM!
