I haven't been around here much, but everyone drop by and say hello at the show. I should be in Section Yellow J. Can't miss the fat guy with the white silvia face coupe.

I'm down for whatever except the 180 isn't here yet, still in Cali gettin an engine. I even know a shortcut to the entrance so you don't have to wait in traffic.

I got news for you....during Nopi, there is NO shortcut into the track to avoid traffic. There are some lighter traffic routes, but I don't care which way you come, you hit some seriously nasty track traffic. Maybe unless you parachutted in.

Here's a copy of the email I sent out earlier today:

Hello everyone! NOPI Nationals are only a couple days away, and with that in mind, we have some plans for our NICO members who will be attending the show!

First off, Friday night:

Friday night we will be meeting at Dave & Buster’s in Marietta, GA at 8pm. We’ll be having dinner there, then continuing our fun at the bar/game room/pool room/etc. If you would like to join us, simply show up. There should be a couple of us dressed in NICO attire, but if you can’t find us, you can call one of us. It should be noted that to enter D&B, you must be 21 yrs old, or be accompanied by an adult over 25. If you are under 21 and would like to join us, please notify us ahead of time so that we can make sure we have a 25+ adult available to get you in. This will be kind of an informal NICO gathering. D&B is located right off of I-75 at the Delk Rd. exit in Marietta, GA.

Saturday:

Saturday night

Saturday night will be our official “NICO” meet. We have reservations for approximately 40 people at Ruby Tuesday’s. There has been a reservation list posted, but as long as you don’t show up with like 20+ more people than you told us the first time, you are good to go. Also, if you did not reserve a spot, don’t worry. The reservations are for an approximate number, so a few extra people won’t be a problem. That, and I think our current reservation list is only at like 34 or something.

Our reservations are for about 9:30pm. Because of our large party, and the fact that this is during the NOPI Nationals, we may not be seated until possibly 10:30. However, they have promised to do their best at seating us as soon as possible. The NOPI schedule says the track is shut down at 8pm. By the time you get to Ruby Tuesday’s with the traffic, you should be right on time. If you arrive to Ruby Tuesday’s early, just hang out. We will probably have the parking lot full of NICOnauts until we are seated anyway.

Ruby Tuesday’s is located on GA 20 less than 7 miles away from Atlanta Motor Speedway. When leaving AMS, turn right out of the main entrance, turn left at the Wendy’s (I believe is only one light away from AMS) onto GA 20. Follow GA 20 through Hampton. Stay on GA 20 and go under I-75, and Ruby Tuesday’s should be right by I-75.

The address for Ruby Tuesday’s is:

1168 Highway 20/81McDonough, GA 30253

If you get lost or need someone to contact, you can call one of us:

EZcheese15 (Torry) 404-819-5496

AZhitman (Greg) 602-828-8908

Palmerwmd (Fred) 502-299-9848

We should all be hanging out together, so any of us should be “in the know.” We will also be wearing NICO shirts if you need to spot us out.

See you guys there! Email me or call me if you have any questions!

I'm sittting on a plane in Chicago (en route to ATL) that's gonna be 2 hours late leaving.

Try stuffing 6'2" into a window seat on an AirBus for 5 hours. Grrrrr.

It's nice to be able to put faces to screen names now, even though I didn't know who half of the people were anyways...

I'm suprised at how *few* 240's I saw with SR's...then again, it's probably just because they haven't gotten a chance to do the swap yet... But I saw a couple KA-T's, thank God!

Sorry Bruce & I couldn't stay too long, we had to hurry to get alcohol before they stopped selling it! But it was nice meetin ya'll!

Good to meet you too, Brit.

Hope you guys enjoyed yourselves, wish we could have chatted more.

Already planning to arrange for NICO to have an entire section at NOPI next year - For any of you planning on going, DO NOT register until we arrange this - it'll save you a TON of money (which I'll outline later).

Good times!

Nice to met everyone that I get to met on Friday night!

Hope everyone had a good trip home.

Sad to say on the way home I saw a Black S13 240SX HB rear ended a PT-C. It was driven by a dumb Kid, by the way he look!

Also Sad to say I saw a Grey S13 HB that has OEM S13 Silvia Emblem on both side of the 1/4 Panel!
