I have a k24DE (also any online guides will help) Shooting for Stock PSI around 7 or 8. 200-235hp?

Custom Exhaust Manifold Whats the Dif between Top and bottom.Turbo T25Sr injectors 370cc (do they work with the KA Fuel Rail?)DO I need a new ecu or does that have to be reflashed?Boost Controller3" Custom Exhaust running open Cat.What about the Maf? I heard I would have to get a new one. Then agian SCC (sportcompact car) said that I could use that if I was'nt shooting for big gains? Custom Intercooler (EBAY :-)

PS. I am a noob at the turbo game. So please dont flame me that bad. I did me searches but noth came up but s15 turbo crap. Thanks in advance

If someone can post up there setup and what they used will be fine. Point me in a safe and correct direction so I can eat up some VTEC ricers.

Don't bother with the 2nd Gen DSM T25 Turbo I was gonna use one as well for my ka24e and read and been told on this same forum that the turbo was too small and wouldn't really do much for on the ka24... the DSM T25 turbo is a good turbo for a low boost setup high horsepower, you would need to turn the boost way up high on the dsm t25 to get any decnet horsepower and torque numbers.

The basic setup for 200-235HP is: T3 60 trim with a .63 A/R exhaust - go internal waste gate and save $$Top mount manifold (search)460cc injectors (search)SAFCII or Emanage or BikiromSmall IC3" exhaustBoost contoller (I'm using a tee and a needle valve)If you go too much over 200HP plan on a clutch upgradeStock MAF is fine

Am I forgetting anything?

You can convert the DSM T25 to a T28 using a T3 compressor, but the flange is hard to find, and to the best of my knowledge is only available from JGS, which I have a poor opinion of since they are taking forever to get me my trans mount. The 370s will work in the KA rail. And you can hit those numbers with a T25, just not that one. It is small even for a T25. The bugdet setup is ebay gear for mani, dp, cooler, dump, etc. 370s, SR red turbo, and very diligent tuning with SAFC. There have been a few guys on the board hitting 200+ at 10psi+. They also like to point out that boost is off-idle.

I think the SR turbo is a bottom mount though.

I have a T3/T4 I'm selling in favor of a T3 60 trim because I've droper my goals from 300HP to a much more budget friendly 225HP.

Plus I don't want to wait even 1/2 a second for boost.

BTW, I think 370cc injectors will be maxed out in this range.

So what company makes Injectors that Fit our Fuel Rail 370s are okay from a S13 right? Yea. I'm going to buy alot of the stuff from ebay. LOL. I hear the mani's crack. But there is a new company making top mounts. So if I get a turbo with Internal Wastegate I dont need another wastegate? Do I need a BOV? Now Fuel Management. DOes that include getting a new ecu? I was just thinking like Apexi Controller.

Silvia_Freak if you have a KA24DE you can use Sr20DET 370cc injectors, if you got a ka24e, you can use 370cc Ca18Det injectors.

SS Autochrome manifolds have a bad rap but I hear their quality has improved. For the money I'd get one and have it welded if it cracks. It's a good design for the money.

You only need one waste gate and yes you need a blow off valve.

You will also want 460cc injectors, not 370cc.

As for ECU, the SAFCII will be fine up to around 225HP. After that you'll probably need to pull timing. Since you have a DE you can go Bikirom which will do everything you need and then some.

Seriously though, you'll need to search these boards a little so you know what's going on. There is too much to go over in one thread.

S13, I did tell you that. Over and over. Look, T28= T3 compressor + T25 turbine. It is cheap and will do reasonably well for low power setups, and even moderate gains if you tune it well enough. But the SR turbo really is a much better one to use.
