Noobish question on converting to manual

Let's say i get a clip that includes a manual transmission, now would this have what i need to convert to manual on my automatic 240sx? I know the master cylinder and what not are on the other side of the car, but could i still use these parts?

Your brakes will be fine, but the clutch MC may be the wrong (different from the LHD versio we have)
