Okay i figured that i finally want to do a sr swap. im willing to spend 4k for motor my question is how much "other" money will i spend on other parts? thanks i know this is a kind weird question sorry.

if you want to do a basic swap which includes all the regualr BPU stuff then it shouldnt cost much.2~3k for the motor and the rest of the bolt ons will probably cost another 2k.

I payed $1850 for my motor all together. FMIC, downpipe, full exhaust, ic piping, filter, fluids, you could easily stay under $4k.

For about $2400 i got the s13 sr redtop, ecu, harness, and transmission. I only spent probably under $2000 on clutch/flywheel, front mount, short shifter, and other little accessories. With $4000 you should be fine, especialy if you do the swap yourself.

ya its possible to get a swap done for you for under 4k but it will be tough and if you find that price somewhere you will be running a completely stock sr.
