noob question: oil capacity

So yeah, I know it's a noob-ish question, but how much oil should I put in a CA18DET that is empty of fluids when I finish my swap up?

4 quarts, same as every other Japanese car.

I do have the FSM, I looked thru it and couldn't find that part... Must have overlooked it
