Noob question for all you wire harness pros

So in the process of stripping everything out,the wire cluster that goes from fuse box (by clutch pedal) to all the way around chassis was cut. My question is : what all is controlled by those wires? Is it all lights and switches or does directly effect the car running once I put engine back in? This is in 89s13

You'll probably need the wires from the ignition cylinder, but other than that you might be ok.
