I have a t-fitting on my wastegate hose (which is comming from the big nipple on the intake manifold, just past the throttle body) that connects to the BOV.

I think I have the same one as you. Its the direct blow off valve or something right? Well I hooked the top one to the wastegate line and the back one to a vacuum line from the throttle body.

I tried T'ing the top/back one to the wastegate line but it never worked.

Good luck!

You have to register to look at the pic man. No offense, but I myself really am too lazy to sign up for yet another forum just to look at your pic. Maybe someone else will be less lazy

hate to have to break it to you man.....but you have yourelf a SR20ET there....not a CA.

but maybe its not your engine the pic is of....if you havent installed it yet, try mount your BOV closer to your throttle body than where it is on that SR

Yeah, thats just the pic of the BOV not on my engine.

So i installed everything ok and it ran fine, but can someone explain to me the benefits of adjusting the screw on the back of the BOV. I have no idea what it does.

the screw is there to adjust the spring tension in the blow-off valve. if it's leaking under boost, or doesn't open all the way(you have a fluttering noise when you shift, instead of a *psht* sound). I had a turbo XS BOV and I had to take the thing apart, and put washers in it to adjust the same thing that screw does.

so if its not opening all the way it needs to be tighter?

If it's not opening, the tension needs to be reduced.
