Noob(no infinity yet) help me choose which to buy

Hey everyone.. right now i own a 2004 mustang mach one. competition orange.

i want to buy an ininity g35 now. as a second car hopefully.

if anyone can help me look up a paint code so i know what color to look for. I want the color that matches fords "mineral grey" paint. i know there is one similar on the g35's... also, what version and model do i look for. are there different versions?

i want the 2 door, no spoiler, preferably black or dark interior..

You can search your entire life and you will never find an infinity g35. unless someone deliberately took the 'y' off their 'toiota' and stuck it to an Infiniti. I recommend you buy an Infiniti G35. The Chinese may be behind the infinity g35. Like they're behind the Chery cobalt, a copy of the Chevy cobalt. Which obliterates under 5mph crashes, and has a 13.4hp 1.3 liter 4cyl motor and 4 wheel drum brakes, and a ballon that inflates from the steering wheel in an accident. and the key is a screwdriver with various slits and cuts. The seat is from sears and is apparently manufactured by coleman, as are the headlamp/lantern-in-a-bubble things. Color code WV2 is Diamond Graphite. a popular color, usually has the black interior. G coupes just come in 6MT or 5AT. They can be Base, Journey or sport models, with or without the premium package, the easiest way to tell if it has premium package, the rear view mirror is electrochromatic.

There are several colors that infiniti makes that I classify in the "silver" range.

Black leather interior should be fairly easy to find.

Desert Platinum is my favorite. It just looks sekksy.

Diamond Graphite, Brilliant Silver...

I like black, but its a BATCH to keep clean.

Get a sedan if you're into fast, for some reason the coupes weigh more.

The Auto is a bummer, I miss shifting... so get a 6mt.

If you really want the silver, I think they're OK, but I prefer Black Obsidian as John has stated also.

A code is not needed.

Just paint your Infinity like this

If its an Infiniti G35 that you are interested in then you can view the colors on Infiniti's web site or either on Edmunds or cars.com

BTW, boy do I hate Fords

My first car was a 58 Ford POS similar to the one in the photo

Good luck & you'll be happy with a G35 no matter what color you get

i just got back from test driving a g35 and a 350z.. i like both. but i like the infiniti more because of the options like sunroof and stuff... but who knows.

i need to decide some things tonight and see what i can afford..

Get the 350z if you don't need a backseat! The G35 is more luxury oriented than the z. If you want 4 doors, get the sedan.

But yeah take Joe's advice... 350's are quicker and cheaper (if you only need 2 seats)

It all depends on what you want to spend and the year.... an 07 sedan can be had for the price of a 06 coupe or z and the 07 sedan is faster than both of the 06 g coupe and Z
