Now that I got it in. To asjust it, how do I know which way is at what? Ive got a gauge in the line but out of curiousty, incase I have the thing fully open, I dont want to wreck my injectors

lefty loosy righty tightie. Tuning the bolt in increases the pressure backing it off lowers it. Be sure to tighten the jam nut when you are done or it will walk out. I would back it out then thread it back in with my fingers until I started to feel resistance that should be a safe starting point.

yeah its gotta be mostly loosened to start. mine fluctuates though below 45psi. fuel pump goes wee ooo wee ooo wee ooo. wonder if i got a janky regulator
