Noob needs some help

Hi all,
I've never owned a 240 before but I found one on CL for 2k with an rb20det swap, the only problem is that its not getting spark how hard would this be to track down? I'm pretty good with cars and I've got a full shop at my disposal I've just never worked on one of these before let alone one with an rb in it. Thanks for your help.

check it the same way you would any other car of its type man. check all wires, ignition, components...even maybe bad ecu? check it all going right down the line until you find the problem, then fix it.

Best way to fix it would be to get a new wiring harness for starters, then go from there if that does not fix it. Also do the normal stuff and make sure the ECU is definitely functional. Check fuel no matter what and look at the coil packs and ignitor chip.
