hi everyone, im new to this site. i've been wanting a r33 gtr/gts for awhile now but getting it register and street legal is too much hassel. any help you guys can spare me? thx for all your help and support

Welcome aboard!

Glad you found your new home... I recommend reading "So You Want To Buy a Skyline" in our Skyline forum.

Then, roll over to our RB forum (best on the net) and start planning to drop an RB in a 240sx (more fun than a Skyline)!

welcome to nico. hitman is right after you read that thread i think u will rather put a rb in a 240.

Is that because it's too hard to get a Skyline in the states, or is it actually just more fun?

In the skyline it feels composed like the way a full-sized musclecar can contain the V8 power. In the 240 it's more like a Maverick grabber or a Vega where the motor fits but it gets squirelly if you aren't smooth.

Hmmmm... I'm still gonna stick with the Skyline, she's my soul mate. Probably better for track too I would assume, whereas the 240 would probably annihilate with a 26dett in drift. Although the weight might be an issue to some...
