noob help

hey everyone i just got a pignose n joined the site .. im havin a few problems searchin for things (my first forum) so if so one can help thatll be great basicly my hand brake is completley loose how do i tighten it ?

I think there should be something about that in the fsm

and I think anybody with basic car skills can do that

b4 u did that, did you check the rear pad linings to make sure they're not excessively worn?
