My friend wants to buy this HKS Fuel rail thats for a sr20det and he wants to know if it will work for his 97 KA-T Project......i told him no......but he wants to know what you guys think?

oh man, i'm deff going with there kit.. that's a hell of a deal.... I need to get low Z injectors correct, high Z would require wiring in resistors?

You need high impedance (Z) injectors if you dont want to run a resistor box..

so.. if I want to get the 75lb's I have to also order the mitsubishi Injector Resistor Pac for $75? ...

Yes... there are less expensive resistors out there but the Mitsu resistor pack IMO is the best...
