Wow that post is broken i could just barely make out what you were trying to say.
OP, if you are gonna use an FPR thats set at stock levels you will not need an Safc.Most people use an FPRs after installing a higher flow fuel pump, or after a turbo and injector upgrade to get more fuel into the system or to relive an overrun stock FPR(common CA problem)
IF the FPR is set to stock pressure levels it will work just like the stock FPR and you wont need a tune or anything.
