well, search first next time bud, cuz this answer is everywhere
but since when i bought my first 240 the same **** was goin down ill help you, even though i should be studying for my thermal dynamics engineering exam tomorrow....
you're screwed, sorry that sucks and i know it sucks. i bought the car, replaced the headgasket cuz it made sense, still over heated so i rolled it. It blew a hole in the radiator. eventually after problems with another car and a head swap i had done another head gasket on this car, still no go.
youve overheated that car so many times you've almost definately got ablown head gasket, probably a warped head, maybe a warped block, or some cracks.
does the car smoke? when does it smoke. what does the temp gauge do? how long does it usually overheat for. does the overflow tank gurgle, is your fan clutch okay, how bout the electric fan?
either way from how it sounds, unless its jsut something small like a leak somewhere, which you should look for, i bet chances are you need to pull that head off and inspect it
it is either useless or it can be planed, and the block can be decked by hand no biggie there, but its possible you only need a new head gasket too, but it all depends on how much overheating has been done
don't mean to scare you or anything, but i lived it for a while, and at one point i didnt have a choice but to roll that car 20 miles a day while it smoked out the overflow tank, just to get to class
