Noob 720 owner

Alright i just inherited an 83 720 from my grandfather. I have been given free reign to rebuild it however i see fit. I'm thinking a 350 small block, turbo 350 trans, and an SAS swap. Have any of ya'll done any of this? Any help or suggestions are strongly appreciated

best spot to check for info on all of these swaps would be 4x4parts.com its a nissan only aftermarket parts supplier and their forums have quite a few guys on there that have done similar swaps.
