noob 2010 altima question, just got mine yesterday

So I have 2 questions that I couldn't find the answers to. I just received my Satin White Altima less then 12 hrs ago and from all the videos I've seen when I put my car in reverse, a backup screen should appear on the new BOSE 4.3" display. Not the case with canadian models (i am assuming) Is this a small mod, is it pre wired and I just need to plug and play with a camera?

Secondly the 3.5 litre comes with Xeon low beams, the 2.5 does not. What I want to know is the headlight assembly in both cars identical with the addition of two ballasts and xeon bulbs in the 3.5? If so placing ballasts in the car with some new bulbs shouldn't need beam adjustment then should it?

i dont see them being the same, hids are (obviously) brighter, and for low beams especially they are most likely different.

You did not purchase the backup cam then... did you look at your purchase in detail, is backup cam listed? It's an additional feature not included with the base stereo system.

i am re-hashing this topic. Watch the video @ 4:45 min. Does this mean my canadian altima can do the reverse camera, just nissan canada does not put it in, in their non-tech models. I have the same bose unit, there must be a video in in the back of it?

Does the Nissan.ca website say this feature is included in any of the oem packages installed on your car?

no not in canada, but it is an oem feature according to that video in the US.
