None of the Rb25 swap write-ups work for my car??

I have a 95 swapped rb25... It was originally an auto and had an sr in it . the sr worked great when I pulled it... Now my rb is jacked. If I turn my key on my wirers go nuts until i move the arm to int?? and then high and low positions are the same speed and I'm stumped. Is there any wiring guys near missouri??
