So ive been trying to max out my coilovers recently, and im familiar with the fronts because they are a true style coilover, however the rears are not. Ive tried lowering the spring in the spring bucket as well as the strut itself and nothing seems to be working. does anyone have experience with this? maybe i just wasnt lowering it enough but ya. much appreciated (:

The rear still has a collar and a thread right? You just lower the collar as needed and the car will automatically compress the spring. You probably just need to keep going lower.

yeah it does. the spring and strut are separate tho. i lowered the collar on the spring about an inch and when i dropped the car it almost looks like it raised the car.
also, i was lookin around at g37 forums and i read somewhere that u have to raise the collar on the spring in order to lower the car. sounds kinda weird but im gonna try that over this weekend so ill let u guys know

Yeah I might have that backwards. I couldn't get my height adjusted right as well and had a shop do it lol.
