I,M not sure what type of non-touring shock cartridge Ineed.Can someone please help, I've been looking just need some help. THX

First off, PLEASE DON'T SHOUT AT US!

Now call IoS (please don't shout at them either!) and they can inform you about insert replacement cost and what else is usually replaced at the same time, like (at the minimum) bearings.
