non tomei solid lifters? decently priced exhaust manifold?

anything a little cheaper than tomei, kinda on a budget, but might have to go with them anyways, also need a T3 manifold (top mount will work) for my CA that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, internally gated is all it needs to be, if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be grand :help oh yeah and I don't want a log mani that costs under 50 bucks to make and is sold for 450, you know the one:rolleyes

If you are on a budget than retain the hydraulic lifters. Solid lifters rock but are not really required unless you plan on overreving the engine.
