Ebay SS auto mani - $200used T25 (maybe an s14 turbo) - $100 SR DP - $80walbro 190lph - $95custom piping - $100 (turbo --> TB wont be much)oil + water lines - $100 intake pipe custom $30 dsm bov (i have flange) and weld- $50boost gauge - $50some type of wastegate actuator - xxx???NGK wires, plugs, cap and rotor- $90

Thats $900 total and those prices are pretty dead on for what I can get stuff for. Maybe drop $300 on a clutch while Im at it...

Now for my questions... I only want maybe 190-200whp Many say the stock injectors are ok so would I need the walbro FP to or no? Lastly how does one get 4-5 psi from a T25 actuator that normally runs at ~7psi? Is there an aftermarket kind of internal gate actualy that you guys use to get this low of boost?

I got the same question!! that's what i've been searching for also. All i found so far, is that ones like HKS have some actuator that have a screw at the end and you turn that. but i'm still unclear about that. Anyone else have a better idea.

Candela: what type of oil and water lines you running especially for a 100.00 the lowest i manage to find was about 150 for each set.

Well, honestly from experience, I have no idea if you can use the SR downpipe and still have everything lineup...could you link us to that ebay SS mani? I'd like to see what it looks like and what kind of quality it is. Also, for what you're paying for the 190 lph fuel pump, you could have a 255. Look around, you can get the 255's off ebay for like $90. Might as well get that instead. Also, I'm not so sure you're going to make 200 WHP off this setup, especially since you can't boost past 5 or 6 PSI.

Im not sure about the wastegate thing, though i hope i can figure it out...

I was thinking of just using SR lines and modifying them with a bunch of rubber lines that i get from autozone.

As for the fuel pump... there is no reason for me to go with a 255lph. Everyone goes with it cause of cost over the 190lph... however i dbout anyone ever really uses it to its potential. 190lph is more than enough for 300whp, and since i wont be gettin ga fuel pressure regualtor id rather stick with the 190lph so I dont overrun the stock one.

If i cant make 200whp then i cant, its not a huge deal. But i think that I will sure be able to come close to my 190whp mark with about 5psi, especially since i will have full exhaust and such. If not then oh well, i know i will be close...

I used to have the old first version of their stuff on my sr and that cracked.

The new stuff is much better from what I hear and have seen. Im willing to try it; but thanks for explaining that so clearly...
