What's up fellow nico members.

I'm trying to get my s13 together. Its abs vlsd hicas and I'm planning on keeping it all.its not a drifter and will be my daily. Now i bought it a a shell With everything but motor and Trans. I have the hicas setup but the motor i bought has the non hicas pump. Can i make it work or do i need a hicas pump? I've searched with no results. Please help. I know the other way around works but not non hicas pump to hicas.

If this does not work does anybody have a spare they can sell to me? Thanks!

IIRC Hicas (not super hicas) is hydraulic and uses the power steering fluid and pump. So no it won't work without the hicas power steering pump.

The hicas steering rack is no different than the non hicas other than the ratio is smaller so you should have no problem connecting to a non hicas pump you will also need the non hicas power steering reservoir as it only has 2 outlets. This is assuming you are eliminating the rear steer. Be sure to connect the pressure side to the proper location. I think I saw more info here http://www.240sxtech.com/
