Noisy Valvetrain on Startup

On the first startup of the day, the valves are noisy for a few seconds until the oil gets to them. This only happens on the first startup, regardless if its 80 degrees out or 10 degrees. All subsequent startups for that day are quiet. The stealership says it's normal, but I've never had this occur on any car I've ever owned, well except my old 88 Camry with 300K, and even then the rattling only occured in extremely cold weather. BTW, I have a 2.5 and use Mobil 1 full synthetic. Break in period was perfect and I've had 5 oil changes in 8000 miles.

The problem has occured since I purchased the car, but since I bought it in the dead of winter I didn't question what the dealership told me about it being "normal".
