there are a few bolts that you will need to loosing and tighten.

a 19mm i think to turn the power steering pully (you will notice two slots on the front of the pully), turn it until the slot gives access to the 14mm (i think) bolt which keeps the power steering in place, just loosen that a lil' bit.

now, on the right side of the power steering (facing the front of the engine) you will see another 14mm bolt (which is pretty long), that is your tightener. just tighten that until the belt is, well, tight :D don't over tighten though, feel the other belts to see how they are while you are at it.

once that is tight, tighten the power steering bolt, start it up and see if it fixed the problem.

if your belts are aged (cracked, dry, faded), now would be a good time to replace them.

Tighten your belt heck while you are at it, replace it. If you want the quick cheesy way out you can go to an auto part store and buy a can of Belt tight or belt sqeek. Its a spray you can spray on your belts to help them stop slipping. ( I do not encourage this) But its a quick fix for the tool impaired.

By noisy do you mean a high pitched squeaking? Because I have the same problem and was wondering how to fix it.

Had the same problem when i first got my 240.....the belt would squeal when i revved the engine....tightening might help, but if you tighten too much then it'll eventually snap, and you got problems. This'll clear it up, and FRE UPP a HORSE OR TWO.

REMOVE YOUR FAN AND CLUTCH.

Four bolts, take em off remove clutch, put em back on, engine will rev easier, no squeal, and your engine won't overheat. At least mine doesn't.

This was the first ghetto mod i did...memories.... :cuddle
