noises in engine

when my car is running it sounds like there is little balls bouncing around in the head? it's not a clicking. but it wont go away, i have no clue.HELP.bouncing balls?

always has that in my 240 when i had it, i tore it down but never could find what it was, ive heard most other 240's do it as well.

it never caused a problem in my case but every car is different.

If it's at the front of the valve cover like it was w/my stock motor, you should try replacing the lifters and the valve springs. It worked for me. Too many high revs will weaken the valve-train. Causing a kind of clacking noise. Maybe this will help.
