Noise when turning

My daughter let me know that on her 08 SL when she is making a sweeping turn to the right, and only the right, there is a noise coming from the front end. We just bought the car with 58k and the dealers service center replaced the front cv axle and boot after noticing a clicking and shaking when turning right. Hopefully not related.

Hoping to take into a shop tomorrow but trying to figure options.

What kind of noise? grinding? humming? popping?
