Noise when starting car and noise using AC?

When I start Mrs Versa I hear a strange noise like whooosh clunk either on coming from the right front or left rear. It seems to alternate.

Also when using AC I hear a higher pitched kinda background whine almost like a low volume brake sqeaul kinda noise.

Oh and when I drive down the road my stearing wheel is tilted to the left and not centered. No I'm not drunk.

I wonder if I had bought the SL if these issues would have been present? Damn where was KimberKenobi when I needed her!!!!!!!

I know on both of my Versa's when ever I turned the AC on it went kerrplunk never a whiny noise though.

The whirring noise from the rear seems to be normal, both of my Versas have done this on every startup after the car has sat for more than, oh, 10 minutes. It has something to do with priming the fuel system or some such.

My AC makes the same noise, I was going to post to see if other's did this as well. I've never had a car with AC before, so I didn't know if it was normal or not. Your steering wheel is crooked because it didn't get centered when they built your car. Take it back to your dealer and ask for an alignment and straighten out the wheel, that SHOULD be covered under the warranty. My car pulled to the left pretty bad when I picked it up, and the dealer re-aligned it for me right away.
