Noise when accelerating and shifting

Hey yall,

I really am trying to figure out whats going on with my 2003 front wheel drive only Nissan murano. The dealership says all my motor mounts are broken just from a brief inspection from when I got my alternator replaced. Periodically when I shift from park to drive my murano makes a scrape/screech noise. It feels like any other car going from park to drive. It doesn't hit hard when dropping in gear. I feel like the motor is shifting causing the noise but im not sure. This noise does not occur all the time it can go from happening all week, when accelerating, or every blue moon. I hope its not a transmission issue. What do yall think? Has anyone experienced this?
