Noise Rear Seats 3.5 A/C

Now that the cold weather is here in the northeast, I hear a plastic type rubbing sound from back seats coming near the upper stop light. Becomes less annoying when car gets warmer. Anyone else have this creaking plastic noise? Any suggestions. Have not put the back seats down so that the trunk is visiable but do not know if this would do any good. Thanks

Its been in the low 20's lately in the morning. Its a new car and your going to hear some creaks, especially in the cold weather here in CT.
